A nurse sets up a clean, comfortable space, reviews your history, and starts your treatment. Sessions take 30–45 minutes, with IM shots only a few minutes.

We recommend eating a light meal, drinking some water, and wearing comfortable clothing with easy access to your arms.

No — we bring everything needed, including sterile supplies, fluids, vitamins, and equipment.
